Earlier this month Standard Solar and the Port Newark Container Terminal (PNCT) hosted a kickoff event with Newark's Mayor Ras Baraka celebrating the completion of the first phase of the 7.2 MW rooftop and carport solar project — continuing the Port's decade-long commitment to green practices.

Project: Woodville Community Solar

Standard Solar has acquired the Woodville Community Solar project, a 4.9 MW project in Richmond, RI, from Freepoint Solar LLC. It will bring clean energy savings to hundreds of area residents and businesses. This acquisition will help the state move closer to its 100 percent renewable goal.
